Mindfulness Without the Ceremony
Simple ways to bring more attention into movement, meals and ordinary transitions.

Mindfulness does not need a perfect room or a long ritual. At its simplest, it is the practice of noticing what is happening while it is happening.
Use moments that already exist
Notice the first few breaths after sitting down, the feeling of your feet while walking or the pace of the first few bites of a meal.
- Begin with one ordinary cue
- Notice without trying to fix
- Return when attention wanders
Keep it human
Some days attention feels clear; other days it does not. The act of returning is the practice itself, not evidence that you are doing it incorrectly.
